What is Telematics?
Telematics is a tool that gathers data about your vehicle and engine and then transmits that data over its cellular connection to your Telematics Service Provider (TSP) who then sends the information on to you.
What is International 360?
International 360 is a webpage that allows you to track your fleet at any International Dealer. You will be able to see health reports, scans, as well as email the dealer directly. Allows you to follow online as opposed to calling throughout the day for updates. International 360 comes free for 5 years with any new International MV, HV, HX, RH, or LT truck. Once you have a subscription, all other trucks in your fleet regardless of make can be added to your 360 fleet just like your OnConnection fleet.
What is OnCommand Connection?
OnCommand Connection gathers the data from your telematics tool and brings this together with International’s valuable expertise to send you key insights on your fleet.

OnCommand Connection is not an email machine but rather it allows you to choose how you want to be notified and when. It lets you see where your vehicles are, where they have been, and how they are doing. This is the hub of International’s Intelligent Fleet Care solution.
Can I actually do anything with all this information?
Above, you can see the average cost breakdown of operating a truck. Our Intelligent Fleet Care suite of monitoring tools gives you the information you need to alleviate preventable issues with your fleet and reduce many of these costs. It is included free with all new Lonestar, LT, and RH model trucks. We can also pull Telematics data from over 28 other TSPs which will then integrate to OnCommand Connection* which will in turn show you the most recent information on your fleet and/or email you with any fault codes. You can receive your emails as they happen or at a time of your choosing. What is a Gateway Integration?
Your ELD/Telematics device needs to be installed in your vehicles. All of your new International trucks have the N2 telematics tool which is an open-source telematics device. Open source means we will integrate with any manufacturer that wants to integrate with us. In addition, with our new partnerships with Geotab and Samsara, this can take the place of your Samsara or Geotab telematics device. This means your fleet’s telematics device is installed at our factory potentially saving you time and money from installing yourself. That savings can be as much as $500 per truck. More TSPs are being enabled to use the N2 telematics device. Coming soon, Zonar, Omnitracs, Cyntrix, Mix Telematics, and Tyler Technologies will use the N2 device with even more TSPs lining up.
How can International’s Intelligent Fleet Care help my existing fleet?
Not everyone is purchasing new trucks this year. There are a couple of ways to harness the power of Intelligent Fleet Care to fit your fleet’s direction.

If you have an existing TSP, we can work with work with your TSP to send that data to our portal as well. THOUGH INTERNATIONAL DOES NOT CHARGE TO USE THE ONCOMMAND CONNECTION PORTAL, you will most likely need to pay a fee to your TSP for this service.
